Steve, I concurr. I was probably "ahead of the curve" in my original purchase. But the low price gives me a reduced yet optimistic perspective. Setting asside the past.

1. EPS estimate is 4 114% growth in FY98.

2. Based on what I know & conjecture subjectively, .15 FY 98 end seems conservative.

3. How many other companies do I know that are EPS positive, growing for several qtrs, who's current does not reflect projected growth?

4. Many investors have a short memory. Other than during great bull runs, can we reasonably expect stocks to gain more than 20% in a year. Yet $3.00 FY98 end seems real conservative. $3.00 in a year represents a 50% gain from current levels. That's pretty (something) good!

YES I have a paper loss. Yes I have been a TRIBY holder for > 1 year.
Yes I have been VERY frustrated with the failure of TRIBY to meet their own clearly laid out goals, and the delay in FDA approval. YES I have been very frustrated with TRIBY management in the areas of understanding US investor needs/orientation/legitimate expectations
(such as receiving a proxy before it was due back - and have posted negatively in that regard more than once)

Yet given all the above, given the current depressed levels of TRIBY, it is one of two companies that I beleive are fairly sure big gainers next year. The other one is SBEI. When TRIBY was near 3.00, there were several posts regarding it's choice as a technically hot stock by the 56 point TA thread. I posted at that time that on a fundimental basis I did not think TRIBY was at all undervalued. But at this level, and TRIBY's proximity to a very positive year end report, my position has changed.

I'm a long term clinical analyst and Info Sys heavyweight. Yet in the last two years, I've learned to be far less impressed in a comnpany's technology, than by it's ability to execute a business plan and actually sell stuff (I've had my (something) handed back to me with companies with a lot of neat and cool tech, that could not ultimately sell stuff. Compare TRIBY to the fundimentals and growth rates of other larger holdings (SBEI, EQNX, INVX) and you'll see I've become a value + growth investor. TRIBY meets this criteria fairly well.

Most of us have probably made a boatload of mistakes. I have. Yet at this price level AND TRIBY's level of positive historical and projected growth, product and distribution breadth, I honestly feel very comfortable not only with this investment, but recommending it to others. There are not a lot of companies I know of that I would say this about.

Checkout my posts on this thread over the past 1 -1.5 years. This is my first blatently bullish post. It ain't because I'm a newbie or a cheerleader.

I honestly beleive our frustration of the last 1-2 years is about to pay off, handsomly, over the next year.

Damm, this has been WAy longer than I planned, and perhaps most of it of non-value. But, please, think twice before going forward in a ticked off mode, soly due to past frustrations. Peace, Scott

Steve, forgot to add that, technically, TRIBY has clearly broken out of a downward trending channel. FYI, Scott
