Il est certain que PCI demeure une "situation spéciale" difficile à évaluer puisqu'il y a peu de comparables, la majorité des entreprises de ce genre étant privées. Dans le rapport de la direction, on mentionne que pour le moment, l'entreprise n'a aucun besoin de capitaux, ce qui n'est pas très intéressant pour les courtiers. Faudrait que l'entreprise prévoit une forte expansion, par acquisition par exemple, pour soulever l'intérêt. On verra bien s'ils vont pouvoir augmenter les ventes et surtout maintenir le niveau de rentabilité actuel. Stay tuned!!!!
