I suspect Korea (and partners) will want to fast tract Korea project because this will bring foreign currency into the country. (As I understand the casino will be near the international airport?)

Regarding VLTs, Ontario (where I live) has just gone ahead with them. Governments NEED revenue, there are many illegal VLTs currently and there is NO evidence that VLTs harm society.

Regarding the stock price, it's obvious from John Lawrence's post that the MM is trending the stock from $2 to $ 2.50 (next range to $3.-$3.25). He's increasing inventory at these prices and selling for a $0.75 spread. It will be impossible to know the trades at each price (unless the MM is willing to provide information [which I doubt]). Also, there could be some off trading between accounts which we will never know about (nor will the MM). As I have said many times before, the price will increase IF the company provides good news (and results!). Don't worry about the shorts, these will become assets in due course (because they will run to cover).

We want an orderly market at present because NO news has been released. I do not expect much (by way of big price increases)in the first month because of monitoring by the NASD, however if the company provides actual results (ie signing of contracts etc), then the NASD will not have any problem with a price increase. (The NASD is under big pressure to clean up the BB because of alleged Mafia connections in the general market {see Business Week Dec 15/97 issue cover story}).

Again, I can see increases in the stock price because of what I have read on this magnificent thread. We are still long the stock and will purchase more once another investment starts trading (new issue) shortly.
