NC wants us to believe that the court action by Le Gris et al was unsuccessful but, in his own "laymen terms" he posted this: "...[ 32 ] DISMISSES the issuance of the application for a safeguard order; [ 33 ] FIXES the trial on 26 and 27 February 2018; [ 34 ] WITH COSTS OF JUSTICE in favor of the Municipality of Grenville-sur-la-Rouge. " NC wants the remainder of the sheep to think that Le Gris et al have no case but that will only be determined on the 26 and 27 February 2018. In the meantime CAPTAQ has deferred their process until the results of the trial on the 26 and 27 February 2018. So, yes, that is why chieffy and a few others have left the building.
