A frosty look at David Archibald's latest speculation about global cooling

In that paper, Archibald predicted the temperature would drop 2.2 C in solar cycle 24, which is coming to an end right now. Let's see whether his prediction has stood the test of time. Okay, you know it hasn't, but let's see how badly he missed.
