Evidently he's defied the B.C. Supreme Court's order to provide materials and is therefore in contempt of that court. Contempt Court can land one in jail until compliance. He filed his SLAPP suit in that court and I think that makes him subject to that courts rulings.

I am no lawyer "but a Jack of All Trades" and did NOT stay at a Holiday Inn last night but I think the following line shows that he maybe charged with fraud...
