But with all that extra money the US spends they get benefits like:

AND thanks to their ever rapidly, rising, medical costs the US can continue to make amazing medical advances like:

I totally agree, but language is used by those in power to make the
message easier on the ears.

All people whether R or D, white brown or black, Christian, Jew,
Muslim, Buddhist, rich, mc, poor are affected by health issues
.

Power corrupts and our government has been corrupted by the
lobbyist who buy our politicians, the 546 who run DC are just
lackeys to WS and the rich and famous. Hence we have no check and
balances.
