Well, the quip about the dictionary was purely tongue and cheek. And did I say dictionary or thesaurus?

And yes, I can be called a research chemist although last couple of years I've been more on the development side--either way I've been maintaining lab notebooks for years. The FDA will at times check out the notebooks...and they better be correct unless you want problems during an inspection--they'll find problems anyway if you don't kiss some butt right off.

Before I buy a high risk stock that I'm considering as a hold, I do accumulate as much info on the stock as possible--after all it's my money on the line. The folder that I mentioned is a virtual one. Any documents that I do get hold of I'll scan into a dedicated file for that company. I can then access that info in a window while doing other things--piss and whine about why the stock ain't doing anything on a thread for example.

Call Millennium and ask for an investor's info package. They'll send you one.
