If anyone else asked this same question, I apologize but I haven't made my way that far down the thread yet (very busy thread after the close today).

Again, I want to warn you both that I am going from my notes and recollection of the conversation SO DON'T MORTGAGE THE HOUSE.

But, with that said, I believe her exact words were something like "we are selling at a million a month clip".

Is that good enough for you?
