The first meeting was in one of Saddam Hossein's palaces in Baghdad. But the meeting was abruptly interrupted thanks to those UN inspectors who were looking for chemical weapons. I will post the notes from that meeting when I have more time. The next meeting is supposed to be somewhere in northeren part of Africa. I personally will not be able to attend but would appreciate it if someone from this thread can attend and can report back to the rest of us!
