It seems to me that a change in possession of monetary tokens, when that possession change was in response to services rendered, dynamically and permanently transfers the ownership of said tokens.

I have heard, however, that there have been occassions when the services rendered were deemed unacceptable to the original token owner. In those particular cases, either a partial or total refund are in order. Thus, the original token owner regains possession of some, if not all, of the tokens.

Now, exactly which services did you request of "Miss Kitty" ???

TED
