I suspect China prefers Kim the Fatter on my management theory that the ideal management structure is a super intelligent boss with an angry gorilla on a short leash. China has Kim the Fatter on a short leash and handy for a proxy war as needed to distract from Taiwan, South China Sea, Tibet, India, Siberia, what have you.
