WCOM would not give, or agree to, a rival "collocation". Pure and simple, if FTEL was thought of as a rival they would not sign this agreement. IMO

The AOS for FNET is planet earth.

Did I use AOS correctly in the above sentance?
"Area of Service - AOS
The geographical area supported by a communication service."

Now when Vic goes to France, can he place a low cost call thru the Tempest, back to his local ISP in the States to log on with a laptop,
or if he had fnet.net for an ISP, could he log on with the laptop to the Tempest in France?
Just wondering.
