Yes and New Departure acquired, or rather MIDL, the customer list of Industrial Clearing House which is Mr. Duke's private bearing business. The news release is Mr Duke has turned over the customer base of 6000 exisitng and on going customers of industrial clearing house to MIDL and the inventory (on co-signment) and surplus to MIDL also. No 8k or money just mere a transfer, noraml everyday business. Very soon we should see more news releases about contracts that MIDL has presently. This appears to be a prelude of things to come. No money no stock merely a business transsfer. If I were to go step into a HVAC congolmetrant I would take my business and transfer it into the congolmerant. Typical business deal. Thanks GB
