The big owners of this company McCaw and friends have more to be diluted than the rest of us. If they feel that the NXTL shares are the best currency to achieve their ends than they will use it. Let's say the stock goes to 30 and they see a company or a license that can be bought with shares rather than cash than that is what they will use it for. I am sure MOT,McCaw et al are watching the dilution as closely as you are Al. And as Arnie has pointed out the dilution is 10/350 2.8% or so. And where is the dilution if the deal is struck at a price above the one you purchased your shares?

The real question is where is the down yesterday and up today swing coming from. Indeed some big fellas are changing their minds on a daily basis.
