Closest thing I can find is yahoo finance. Type in a ticker to get a quote, and then go to the "holders" tab. At the bottom, there's top mutual fund holders, which are usually all mimics of an index. For example, if you type in csco and go to holders, you can see it's held by a bunch of s&p 500 mutual fund mimickers.
