"Rate of uninsured adults rises under Trump Administration." because they are being freed of the individual mandate by way of trump's EOs. they want no part of the obama boondoggle and just want to be free of it. it's a rip-off and nearly everyone knows it. half the people still on it can't afford to use it because of the high deductibles. all this means that the 'crats are again destined to lose big in 2018. how's your war on white people working out?
