I believe the SEC uses a halt to force compliance. The SEC does not
evaulate stocks. They have left that to those who may wish to make a market or buy the stock. The is no "blessing". There is still a WARNING. The SEC demands the MMs and brokers dealing in the stock
are aware and informed. This doesn't mean there is a problem. It means there are questions.

And what is your source that the SEC is totally satisfied with the 8-K? There is absolutely no way you can make that statement. The SEC has the ability to halt the stock for 10 days. After that, the onus is on the MM's to determine whether or not they want to risk making a market, when the financials are not current.

Once again Pugs, you don't know what you're talking about.

I hope you are correct and RMIL does indeed become once again a free trading stock today or tomorrow.
