Tesla cars do have a 1200 lb battery. That would mean big OTR trucks just wouldn't work or so it seems to me. And I agree, battery powered UPS delivery vans in cities makes the most sense. They go back to the same place all the time and they could change out the batteries and put the vans back on the street pretty quickly. I know Eric is sure Tesla will solve every problem though. You just have to drive to Reno and listen to whatever they tell tourists.
