On another thread was a short discussion on how to handle a police stop....I remember back in the late 40s and early 50s...My father, grandfather and all their friends always taped a $50 bill on the back of their DL.

Anybody else got a story about how they got out of a ticket ?

The truly remarkable thing is that Tahoe is maintained so close to its median height. 6226 + 3 or -3 year after year, since the dam was built.
