Pugs and Tideglider,

I think petitioning the SEC is a damn fine idea. I'd like to know who and what got them into RMIL's chili.

Cheese
Still Holding

PS How does one do that?

Tide,

I would submit that the SEC will only send a form letter stating that is not their policy is that don't comment on ongoing investigations.

And I would submit that this company's management knows/knew fully well that they had to submit current and accurate documentation to Mmkrs in order for them to submit their certification forms under 15c2-11.

So the issue really comes down to a couple of points:

1. Do the Mmkrs or others hold enough of a short positon, if any at all, to cause them to expedite making a market in RMIL??

2. What will be the period of time, should a Mmkr wish to make a market in RMIL, that will be required for them to submit their certification (they have to have current info from company first)??

3. What indicators will be evident that suggest that a short position does or doesn't exist??

4. Does this company have the cash to continue as a going concern?? Selling of shares into the market has now been removed as an option for meeting monthly cash burn rates.

5. The SEC does not "clear" a company to resume trading. It merely states that the 10 day administrative halt has expired and the company and Mmkrs must meet conditions of 15c2-11. It should not be construed that the company is no longer under investigation for the issues that caused the SEC to halt the stock in the first place.

My bet is that the SEC is continuing the investigation. But hey... what do I know?? <VBSEG>

Regards,

Ron
