That depends on if you are a day trader or a long term trader. Long term Microsoft has been and will continue to be great buy. For all the reasons I listed in my past posts, Microsoft should more than double in the next 3 years.

However, as a day trader, I have no idea what is going to happen in the near future. Earnings for most companies look pretty bad these days. This should have a negative impact on all stocks. Yet, Microsoft earnings should be pretty good. Then again, they have very little coming out for the rest of the year until NT5 comes out. Then there is the Asia crisis, and uncertainty over DOJ proceedings, well, you get the picture.

Personally, I would stuff as much money as I can into this stock and wait for 3-5 years. You will be well rewarded.
