Illiterate but funny: <<So your admitting that the oceans are accumulating CO2 ? >>I admit millions of things. I admit that gravity holds things down on the surface of Earth, that there are fish in the sea, that there is rainfall, that there are clouds, cats, dogs, ants, people, pianos and that chlorophyll makes CO2 into plant food. But it's not really "admitting". "Admitting implies there was some question about me accepting the idea or there was some doubt. When CO2 has gone from 280 ppm in the 19th century to 400 ppm today, with the ocean and air temperature near enough to constant, of course CO2 has been absorbed into the ocean. Especially when there's a vast sinking of surface water with lots of CO2 in it down to the bottom where there is comparatively little. Venus would be a great place to plant forests with all that CO2, though the temperature would be too high so some cooling is needed. In case you are mistakenly thinking that Venus has had runaway heating due to CO2, that's not the case. It's just that Venus is so close to the sun that it runs really hot. But let's stick to Earth rather than come up with ideas to cool Venus to make it habitable. Huge aluminium reflectors in space would do it. We have lots of aluminium on Earth so we could send umpty million square kilometres of thin aluminium sheets to reflect sunlight. Or we could use photovoltaic panels to absorb the light and use that electricity to do all sorts. Also, "your" should be "you're" in the place you used it. I guess you dropped out of school quite young or have dyxlexia. You need more study on various topics, such as science, mathematics, engineering, reading and writing. Mqurice
