Taegan Goddard's Political Wire
by Taegan Goddard

“A Republican donor and operative from Chicago’s North Shore who said he had tried to obtain Hillary Clinton’s missing emails from Russian hackers killed himself in a Minnesota hotel room days after talking to The Wall Street Journal about his efforts,” the Chicago Tribune reports.

Jonathan Chait says it’s suspicious.

Tucker Carlson can be a provocative, necessary voice on foreign policy.

Tucker Carlson is intellectually vacuous.

He, like Hannity, he turns any nutritional debate or challenge into a ad hominem shit sandwich.

I have listened to him from his CNN days where he was paired with a young Rachel Maddow. He presented himself as a non-politically partisan "libertarian" then.

FoxNews could do much better, in my opinion.
