Yep... not a happy camper this morning, even though I think the selling is over.. They conveniently priced the offering around the 200 Day MA, so that they wouldn't break down the technical picture, longer term.. OTOH, they also did provide some very positive guidance.. especially suggesting they will be EBITDA positive by early next year. Odds are that the placement was orchestrated to permit some shorts to cover, while attempting to enlist some institutional support from Oppenheimer.. This will take a few days, maybe a week to work itself out.. Hawk
