having lost two disk and two operations I understand the pain. Riley is subject to re-evaluation as is anyone with medical retirement. You would have to make a case to the NYC pension board or an applicable subdivision to that end. If that is the case so be it. Riley, Randy claims you were active duty for three + years...is that true? I wish NJ had a non contributary retirement ssystem that included in the equation. I suppose it is irrelevant if you discontinue the "Long Arm of the Law" and similar sign offs...
