Some people want to be sick. And some even want to die. Many people start a hundred miler with no real training and no understanding of the task before them. You impressed me as being an adult, and capable of functioning as one, not a 'newbie'. You certainly have come on with a number of words of advice. When I was in graduate school my professor would occasionally ask me. "Why are you here, talking to me and asking these questions? The library is full of answers and it's obvious you have not dug into this question enough to be here.' He didn't have time, nor the inclination to be a hand holder and shepard. If people want to blame others for their ignorance because people were not 'nice' to them, then they fail to understand that getting the best solutions to a problem is not just a matter of asking for them. Actually this is a support group. Only the lessons and knowledge we are discussing is a bit broader than than one might first surmise. Despite the advice to 'go back and read the thread' (There is a search filter), you have been given more than enough information on D3 via the responses to you to make some intelligent decisions. Whining that it was not provided with a 'have a great day' attitude is ridiculous. ---tic born diseases are a bit different as the victims often become psychotic and depressed. They are truly screwed. Hand holding people who are losing their minds and suffering physically is not the same thing as discussing D3 or intake of other supplements, or other general topics on this thread. Aloha
