That was, in reality, a very interesting article that you posted. As sad as it may sound I wasn't even aware that a paid stock promoter was required to disclose such information. Morally of course but didn't realize that there were legal ramifications to it.

I haven't talked to CL for awhile so if you drop him a line in the next few days tell him Chuck said not to sweat the small crap and if he was getting paid and I'm not then heads are going to role.

Matt, I think they should get after C.L. for the same reasons. His touting of IPM, a stock in which he had an interest and he claimed he had inside knowledge of that it was good and true had convinced many people to invest/buy more stock, and we all know what happened. Has anyone ever though of a class action against C.L.? It might just dig up some fine facts.
Why is this coggins accusing you and Frank of being C.L.?

A lawsuit like that might just stop hi harassing e-mails.
