I would be willing to bet that a transcript of the conference call would have most, if not all, of the information we want.

I checked your profile........your not a Rookie.
And you nailed that one.." Letter of Intent " is merely a meeting of the minds and I doubt if any money has changed hands although some may be sitting in Escrow.

Myraid obviously was in deep financial trouble and I doubt if they were very keen on Firmada dumping all their dirty laundry on the WWW for prying eyes to see. Often-times when companies agree to a letter of intent there are very strict contingencies placed on disseminating financial terms. Remember, we also were dealing with a tax lien from the State of Califonia and the U.S. IRS has very prying eyes!

FWIW...ps ....are you related to Super Dave ( the stunt man ) ?
