Liberals and greens are missing a chance to get Trump to spend massive amounts on solar panels. Maybe even get him to go back into Paris. Get the Dems to say yes to the wall in exchange for covering it with solar panels. He can then say the solar will pay for the wall (who cares if its true) and Mexico will pay for it since the photons will pass through Mexican airspace. Make Schumer and Pelosi pretend to like Donnie (as they once did when he was funding them) and he'll go along.
