Hi Wes,

The $2 figure was my bet and I have to agree, it will be tough to have
Xecom at $2 by March--but one never knows.

There has been no new news for about 60 days. The sign-ups were about
flat in December. The problem I am starting to see is Sprint shutting
customers off, rather than the sign-up rate. I have asked if Xecom or
even my company could take over the billing and, if necessary,
collections. The new guy hired by SSI is Tim Barton and so far he is
right on top of the sign-ups. He is going to each and every base.

What I said about Truher is that he is now on the King/Hartman side of the
fence. Xecom brought Truher into the suite because he was a main player
at the time. Whether Xecom or IWIC his position of responsibility,
I don't know. However, I think Truher was calling up shareholders and
telling them that a large block of stock was about to hit the market
and insinuating that the block would be coming from current insiders.
Then he dumped his liquid position right before year-end. Does this
not smack of market manipulation? Dirty pool at the very least. Well,
we'll see what happens with Mr. Truher.

Hope I've answered your questions.
