Zorro...I am interested in your reply to Scott's request. Also, could you comment on my understanding of the FCC's ruling on MMDS...which is that comments will be recorded on Jan. 8, and that the ruling will then come 30 days later, which will be about Feb. 8. Is this correct?

VanGo101...Van

Hi Scott,

I am not changing my Cancun reservations just yet... afterall, this news about CAWS being moved to the NASDAQ Smallcap Market is nothing new. ATEL and PCTV recently underwent the same downgrades with no significant impact on their ask/bid prices.

I believe the real question should be whether CAI will find its strategic partner(s) or not. If so, and the BANX option is purchased, it will be party time. If not, and the BANX Agreement is reinstated (with the exception of Boston, NYC and some other markets), will it really be so bad?

I believe CAI is doing everything it can within its available resources. CAI is and will continue to be a survivor. If CAI goes down, the entire MMDS industry will follow. Too much is at stake, and I don't believe this will happen.

Just my opinion.

Z

Scott, in addition to the two-way application, some other interesting things that involve CAWS are: zdnet.com maloffgroup.com A few other URL's involving Mr.Maloff that I found interesting were trinet.com vasco.com (press release Maloff) I also think that message 739 on the ASND thread of yahoo is very interesting. I think Mr. Maloff has some very good credentials and IMO is possibly the perfect person to lead CAWS internet operations through this important time. If you do a search on "Joel Maloff" on the Infoseek search engine you will find 195 pages of very interesting accomplishements. IMO he has the background to bring a financial partner to CAWS.

Scott: In my previous post the URL describing the Maloff Group was not found infile . Try maloffgroup.com in its place.
