Nice thread Irby. Might I add what I have done to keep my heart out of my investing. As I review my charts way before 9:30, I WRITE ON THEM, BUY, HOLD OR, SELL. When I sense my heart interfering in any of my investing activities, I ask myself "What would Dr. Elder do??" Elder wrote my favorite book so far on trading - Investing for a living. This works very well for me. You can replace him with any super (even fictitious) trader you aspire to becoming. Rashid
