[ Welcome ]

Eric, welcome and thank you for joining the thread. This economic cycle must be perplexing to all those economists. It seems that we should be bulging at the seams, but we haven't bursted. The credit goes to Greenspan and the irresponsibilities of Asian monetary policy. I'm cautious about the market, and am learning to adjust my trading relative to the market's trend.

The trend is, after all, our friend.

But these Ascending Triangles on both the S&P 500 and DJIA make another run with the bulls a possibility. If the formation holds up, we should get some sort of turnaround on the DJIA tomorrow at 7800, or else the formation breaks up. The S&P has more legroom, and it's got until 950 to bounce.

Something's going to happen, and it appears it (whatever it may be) will happen within this month, based on the chart.

Regards,

Rainier
