AV--Thanks for the info. I downloaded the service pack onto another system and will load Office97. I will play with it for a week or two and see if there are any kinks going between the two systems. It would be nice to upgrade to Office97 since I already own it but was reluctant based on issues at my place of employment. Real disaster there with some on Office97 not being able to "communicate" with the previous Office revision. Thanks again. Andrew
