KEN, i don't think there is a real big problem with a time limit.. for an extension.. and the cancellation of the warrants would be bullish to some{no dilution} and possibly allow aipn as either a takeover IF
they have oil..
as far as this link.. here is the post.. minus html tags..

The purpose of issuing warrants is to raise fund/working capitals for the company. There are around 6,000,000 shares
warrants outstanding. If the company does not extend the expiration date, all these warrants will become worthless. In orther word, it
defeats the purpose of warrants in the first place. Why no extension anounced yet? My guess is that it could impact the AIPN stock
in a negative way, because that could mean no positive news in the near future or at least before March 1, 1998.Again my
feeling is by the end of this month when the seismic results are released, either the stock price will shoot throught the roof or
become penny stock. The risk is the same for the common stocks and the warrants. I own quite a few AIPNW shares and intend to go
all the way, win or lose. The price flucturation now does not mean much, in two weeks time we all will get a judgement, if you
will, ye or nay.

ok.. this guy is a newbie... aipn is and always will be a penny stock... UNTIL it bases above $5.. pennies are unmarginable..by definition..
obviously jr here wants the warrants to be exercised...he thinks that his answer will come in two weeks..it may.. but that is not an investor's point of view.. it is a guy looking for a roulette wheel..
just a longer spin.. and he says he's betting black or red..
I think the warrants stood a better chance of going up if millenium didn't register their shares to be sold..
Who wants to bet that millenium dumped some of their shares this week?
Anyway.. i think the stock is going to flounder and i reiterate that until it bases above $5.. it is not a stock to put a sizable portion of your net worth in..
The beauty of aipn is that there will always be sellers which will allow you to catch the train at the next station.. If the train crashes on the way to the station, well, only a part of your luggage, and not you were on it...
hope this clears thing up a little..
i guess i needed the dental work, eh..
