Morningstar (the free stuff)
If you live in US, you can sign up for free online public library (even outside your area... you might have to dig a bit and/or lie about your address, but they don't check) that has full Morningstar access. I am a member of Boston Public Library (online only, online signup, did not have to go to branch at all) and get Morningstar there.

If you live outside US, you can still sign up for some US online public libraries that have full Morningstar access. You may have to pay nominal fee that's much cheaper than Morningstar full fee.

There may be libraries that have free online Barron's access. There may be libraries that have free online ValueLine access. Feel free to point to them. Usually (?) these are less available though.

Edit: more info here: cornerofberkshireandfairfax.ca

Edit2: Boston Public Library does not have online access to Barron's or ValueLine (currently). They are "working on restoring remote access to ValueLine". Not sure when this will be available (if ever). CoBF link above claims that one of the remote libraries provide access to Barron's and ValueLine. I have not checked it, but might do it.
