As Bill possibly appreciates after our meeting with Gil last Monday I tend to be an optimistic about INCE. Sigma-7 is no longer losing money and Microlink is very close. An additional dilution of approximately 2 million shares has occured,but is inconsequential at this point. This company will turn around however,we must be prepared to wait 2-3 years.

Bill, thanks for responding. I knew you had said that you were meeting with Gil and so assumed that you were away for a few days. Sometimes its hard to read all of the posts when you miss a few days. I took your advice and sent an e-mail to Gil this morning. I requested that he answer on the board so that all could see his response. I am certainly hoping that he can pull this off as I have quite a few shares. I keep averaging down so that a small move will put me in the black, but, alas, it keeps falling below my last buy point. I have some of those $3 - 4 range shares. I was taken in by the Ross connection. Seemed that, since he supposedly headed up Asian operations for Intel, and since the cell phone business in Asia is exploding, that it could have been a great thing. I wonder now how much he did for Intel in Asia. Being in the business at the time, I should have asked someone from Intel for the story on Ross. Can't do enough DD with these BB stocks.
