No dividend No buyback No retention or accumulation of shares gained from the ESOP program. Continuous dilution of shares and instant cashing of the free shares. They have good technology and excellent quality. Martin tells a good story and has lousy execution. Defense business is good but lumpy and the maritime VSAT was / is intended to provide stability in revenue. To a degree they have gained the number one market share, but this was the company that was going to kill Inmarsat? They lost me when they bought the programming division - off focus for a defense technology company. Bob
