Wavetech Inc. ( Nasdaq : ITEL) just had a reverse merge with profitable Imagitel Inc. ($40 MM revenue in 1997 and $6 MM in 1996). It can be very interesting.

Business Summary

Wavetech creates interactive communication systems through the application of ''intelligent call processing'' technology and proprietary software. For the fiscal year ended 8/97, revenues rose from $20 thousand to $866 thousand. Net loss fell 12% to $1.6 million. Revenues reflect higher installation revenue and resale of international long distance minutes. Net loss reflects increased expenses due to the installation of the Interpretel system, and increased advertising expenses.

Hello out there stock trading fans. Well I know last week at the
start of the week was not looking so good. But on Friday the market hada very nice finish to it with many stocks having late afternoon spikes to the upside. Hopefully Monday we will have follow through to confirm this.
Many stocks are starting to come up on the right side of their cup
patterns, and many stocks held on their 200 day moving average lines andmany stocks are hitting new highs and holding fine.
As you know I am a big fan of stocks that go from 20 to 30 as this is a fast 50% gain on your money and if you are on margin it's 100% return on your money. You know you may have to wait a long, long time for this patern to emerge in the right stock, but with out fail it happens many times in a year, every year. unfortunately many of you have not listened to me say this over and over again and seemed you would be better served buy riding a stock up 2-5 points then the next one down 2-5 points then the next one up 1 point and the next one down 3 points and so on and so on and so on. But do you really get anywhere.
Recently I have given you 3 stocks that had the potential to give
you this type of return. Frontier Corp. FRO, Skywest air SKYW, and Trans World Entertainment TWMC. As of this writing TWMC has gone from 21 to 25.25 and with a little rest in here to consolidate it then may turn and pivot to 30+ and then there is SKYW which I gave to you a little late at maybe 31 or so but I bought this at 26 coming out of it's base and within 5 weeks it's at 33.62 and I expect this stock to continue on to 40+. And the third stock has yet to move, but I am still holding it for now. So if the first 2 go to 30 and 40 respectively my returns will be in the 60 to 70 percent range. Not bad for a 7 to 11 week holding period in a very shaky market. Then if FRO gets going I may take some of my profits from one or more of the first two and pile in on FRO and then my gains will be hugmongous!
Of course that is if all goes well. I will keep you posted.
Anyway there are more coming up soon for all of us to jump on so just hang in there.
So many stocks are on the move because of earnings, and many are on
the move in anticipation of earnings. A nice stock that want to go
higher in any event is MAST. This stock has a beautiful pattern in the
last 4 days and looks to rotate on monday or tuesday and go up at least 8 points from here. Its a year 2000 solution company in the service field and the market likes this stock. A potential 20 to 30 stock is SRSV. It's setting up nicely so look for big volume to make it move.
Also IHSC looks to turn soon and go from 14 to 20, but the 200 day
moving average is a 6 so this may prove to be a drag on this stock.
There are so many stocks that look good on the Nasdaq for one reason
or another so I will list a few here for you to track AMCC AVNT CMGI CHSE CASY COMR CLCX DIIG DKWD DSPG DSTM DMIC EVER XCIT GMSTF HONI IDTC ITWO IHSC IMRS IDTI NSIT JDEC JAII PCLE SEIC SAVLY SRSV STGE SUNW TSRI TGNT TWMC
