The SEC halts a stock for 10 days. Then the MM's must file a 15C2-11 to start trading. None have, or it would already be trading. And until a MM does, it won't trade, except possibly on the pinks.

And if Weber is so well researched regarding MVPH, why can't he quote a single source? Well, he did quote one who said Puhr, RMCW, RMIL have no legal right to those shares.

I won't take his word for it, just like I won't take yours or Riley's.

Correction: I do not know for sure where the stock will trade. The market makers will determine that.
