Hopefully we'll all be praising Rubin in a week.

Country Star was joint owners of the LLC. I wounder if Mirage is offering to buy our part? Guess I need to check the 10K to see how much we owned. I think we had about 4M invested in the LLC.

I wounder who the other owners of the LLC were? Guess if it was Rubin and his investment group he would have had to disclose that information on the 10K.

Hi Fawn,

Of course, please ask Rubin what plan he has to get back on NASDAQ or the OTC BB and when he anticipates this occuring.

How much money did they get from Mirage and how does he see shareholders realizing their share of that transaction (i.e. dividend, new restaurants, S&P 500 puts, invest the money in a real company)
