I should mention that at 03:00 this morning I went into Seagate's home page and pulled the article off their news release area. I was overtired and thought this was their announcement from December because the article was not dated and I erred in not reversing my browser to try to confirm the date. I believe many others may have seem this and reacted accordingly throughout the trading day today. This would have given those alert browsers one day up on the rest of the market. Look at SEG's website for the article. It appeared sometime between 01:00 and 03:00. I'm not sure if it was subsequently retracted as I haven't gone back to look but it was there at that time. I have now gone back to check the SEG website and the article dissappeared. It was in the latest news release section. You may have grounds for a lawsuit as a result. My collegue was working with me at the time and we discussed this tonight on the phone. I think it was a slipup on their part that was subsequently retracted. Did anyone else pick this up early this am?
