I think that because they are a publicly traded company, they need to disclose the fact that an agreement exists that affects the companies financial commitments. I am guessing a little here, often key aspects of the deal, like actual cost per wafer and other such juicy details that a competitor could use to its advantage can be blanked out. Usually, the length of the agreement and things like the quantities of Wafers per month would be disclosed. Anything relating to the cost would be erased. I have a copy of the Original Agreement. Unfortunately, its not in english, but in legal-ease.
