Joseph Stechler & Company, Inc (JS&C) is buying shares for the Soros Hedge Fund -- Quasar Partners. Some of the shares remain in the control of JS&C and some remain in the control of Soros Fund Management LLC (SFM). I think JS&C controls about 1,400,000 shares of Quasar Partners and SFM controls 742,800 shares. Also, JS&C owns about 200,000 shares and options himself -- although I can't remember exact numbers. Actually, I think the number is closer to 30% because I didn't realize before that JS&C owned some of the shares. Peter
