Scaramucci is no stalwart against amnesty. He was an Obama loving Democrat, for pete’s sake. Gary Cohn, Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner, etc. are all amnesty lovers who will whisper in Trump’s ear that he needs to cut a deal on this issue. The President himself has already said he would love to do a comprehensive immigration reform deal. Jeff Sessions is the only major player in the administration besides the increasingly ignored Steve Bannon who has been vocally against amnesty. All the Trump supporters who have suddenly turned on Sessions because their cult leader has turned on Sessions will soon find themselves cheering on the very amnesty they have long opposed.
