Thoughtful people do not go along with the consensus just because others do. Because later on, the truth does come out. It is only 8 years since the Climategate scandal. And only 19 years since Mann's original paper, and less than that since it was discredited. The data are no good going back 100s of years. That is just a fact. What we have is a correlation between carbon and minuscule increases in temperature which are found statistically significant by some and made up by others. But we know measurement even 30 years ago was not that good. The science -- if you can call it that -- is just a train wreck.
