I think therein lies my problem; never took trig, so, altho I passed Calc, I never "got" it. Did have a statistics course, maybe in grad school. Trig went by the boards when I took a 2 hour physics class my junior year in HS, instead of one hour plus Algebra 2.

There are similarities between planetary physiology and mammalian physiology, not the least of which involves spiking a temperature to kill off nasty bacteria.
