I can't really comment on this Gary except to say that as we announced the buy back plan for up to one million shares is in place and we will buyback when we see value. I agree with your comments re: balance sheet strength incidentally and obviously we need to keep a balance.

Gary - In regard to the buy back program, I'm guessing we will see a change in the shares out standing number and all other related numbers as well if a buy back occurs. David stated in an earlier post (#1504) that the purchased shares would be canceled if that happens. I have no idea how fast those numbers are corrected in the system.

David - Can you comment on what if any type of reporting is required when and if the Co. exercises a buyback option. I would think that if you reduce the number of shares outstanding there would be an obligation to report.

Very exciting stuff in the release can't wait to see them. In advance, I would like to congratulate my fellow investors for purchasing one the hottest stocks in "98" back in 1997!
