Thanks for posting the press release, Anne.

FWIW, selling 175,999 units means that if only existing shareholders bought into the PP, they could have possibly sold up to 351,998 open-market shares to rotate into the PP, and PP rotation probably accounts for a portion of the current stock price weakness. Also, since the acquisition option was extended to January 21, this suggests that the management hasn't yet decided whether the Johnson process is effective and efficient AND/OR they want to get some certified assays out to get the stock price up so they can do another PP to pay for the acquisition rights.

Just my two cents worth. Anyone else care to comment on the press release?
